Shipping Policy
Shipping available Australia wide. A flat rate of $10.00 on standard postage within Australia applies. This includes tracking via Australia Post.
If you would prefer Express post a flat rate of $15 within Australia applies. This also includes tracking via Australia Post.
Purchases will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
Please allow 3-5 business days for Standard Postage
and 2-3 business days for Express Postage.
Canvas prints are made to order and will take 2 -4 weeks for processing and shipping.
Prints come unframed, packaged in archival (acid free) clear cellophane bags with a 1050gsm backboard to keep your prints safe from damage,
and mailed flat in ridged 700 gsm envelopes.
35x35cm prints and unstretched canvas artworks are wrapped and carefully rolled into a mailing tube.
Stretched canvas artworks are packed in bubble wrap and protective packaging for safe posting.
If you would like any prints in a larger size than offered or printed on canvas please contact us by email to discuss possible sizes and associated costs for printing and postage.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as prints cannot be returned/refunded
due to change of mind.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please take photos and contact us
within 48 hours of receiving your delivery via email:
so we can rectify the issue promptly.
Please note: Colours on your prints may vary slightly from what
you see on your computer and phone screens.
